Kids Conquering Anxiety
2nd-4th grade
July 6th-10th: 9:00AM-10:30AM
This group is for kids who might struggle with anxious feelings and thoughts. The good news is that they are not alone and there are numerous hands-on, practical, creative ways to help them combat these thoughts and emotions in healthy ways!

Resilient Teens Middle School Group 
       5th-8th grade                                 
July 6th-10th: 10:45AM-12:15PM
This group will equip students with education on how their brains and bodies are wired to process stress, positive coping techniques and how to implement them, healthier outlooks and application of strengths to daily challenges, strategies to maintain healthy friendships, establish social media boundaries and live with resiliency!

Building Up Girls:Battling Big Emotions 
       K-4th grade                                 
July 13th-17th: 9:00AM-10:30AM
An exciting five day camp with a unique experience of creativity mixed with learning for girls! Artistic expression through drawing, clay, and even LEGOs provide a natural vehicle for creativity to flow out of girls. Girls will learn how to express emotions in healthy ways, use positive coping skills and calming techniques, build confidence and increase empathy all while they create!

Building Up Boys:Battling Big Emotions

July 13th-17th: 10:45AM-12:15PM
