Registration begins at 11:30am.

All Starr Pet Rescue will be holding this event for the first time! The Happy Howl-oween Contest will be in the Lima Mall main entrance area. BIG & SMALL furry dogs are invited to wear their Halloween best and come out to the mall to get their WAG on! Awards will be presented for the Scariest, Funniest, and Best Couple Costumes.

A $10.00 donation to participate in the Happy HOWL-oween Costume Event will benefit All Starr Pet Rescue and their ongoing mission to foster and rescue dogs and cats. Sign up will be the day of the event 11:30am-12:00pm

All donations will be used to help the All Starr Pet Rescue’s mission to rescue dogs with food, transportation, & vetting. All Starr Pet Rescue is a foster based rescue for dogs and cats and a nonprofit 501c3 organization.
