-bring proof of household members (Social Security Cards, State ID and Birth Certificates) as well as proof of income and expenses. It is important to apply on these dates for either service to meet deadlines. Applications after these dates are not guaranteed assistance through the toy program.

If you received Christmas assistance in 2019 you can complete a 2020 application over the phone by calling 419-224-9055 x212. For those still wanting to come in and get coats for the family, a special day/time is available.
